What Is The 1 Thing Businesses Can Do To Achieve Success ?

Its a word of mouth world. Just like you can't buy friends - you can't buy customers. So the "one thing" every business and in particular fitness businesses must do to be successful is "CARE". Watch Gary Vaynerchuk share the view that "caring" is THE most important aspect of achieving success today.

Reach out to me, Bryan O'Rourke, and let me know "what do you think"?

Thank you for sharing Gary's video. The analogy he uses of no longer able to buy customers than you are friends is so fundamentally, authentically the raw truth, and without question agree. Why is that simple message so challenging for people to understand? CARE, it's been the 'four letter' non-caring word category for a decade now. An organizations core culture of not caring and buying customers won't change Monday morning... unfortunately, for many.
